How the job runs

From first look to final rinse

Six stages, same order every time. You know what happens next before anyone gets on the roof.

Inspect Tiles or sheets, fasteners, flashings, valleys, ridge capping and roof plumbing points all get checked.

Clean High-pressure wash strips grime, lichen and salt residue so repairs and coatings actually bond.

Repair Broken tiles replaced, ridge caps fixed, rusted sections treated, valleys renewed, leaks sorted at the source.

Repoint Bedding and pointing locked down where needed, which cuts movement and stops water getting in.

Coat Primer, then a coating system picked for hard UV and coastal exposure. Prep first, never a rushed topcoat.

Check Water flow, finish consistency and every vulnerable junction get a final look before the site is cleaned up.
